Message from the IEP Director

Welcome to the College of Commerce at National Chengchi University (NCCUC), where global perspectives meet Asian business excellence.

At NCCUC, we believe that business education becomes truly meaningful when it crosses borders, connects cultures, and brings different perspectives together. With a long-standing tradition of academic excellence and close engagement with industry, NCCUC offers a dynamic learning environment where students can explore business and management from both Asian and global perspectives.

Our International Exchange Programs began in 1999 with a simple but important mission: to bring the world to NCCUC and connect NCCUC with the world. Since then, we have welcomed generations of international students from our partner institutions, giving them opportunities to study, collaborate, and experience business and culture in Taiwan, while also creating a more international learning environment for our local students.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our international accreditations. NCCUC has maintained AACSB accreditation since 2008 and EQUIS accreditation since 2016. We are also proud to be the 65th member of the Partnership in International Management (PIM), a global network of leading business schools. Today, our international portfolio continues to expand through semester exchange, dual-degree programs, summer programs, and customized short-term programs. Each year, hundreds of students from more than 140 partner business schools across over 40 countries and five continents become part of the NCCUC community.

Located in Taiwan, at the heart of Asia, NCCUC offers an ideal setting for students to experience one of the region’s most dynamic economies while gaining first-hand insights into Asian business, management, and culture. As Taiwan’s first business school, the College of Commerce has built strong connections with companies across a wide range of industries. These relationships allow our international students to go beyond the classroom and better understand how businesses in Taiwan and across Asia innovate, compete, and grow.

Whether you join us for a semester, a summer program, or a customized short-term experience, we hope your time at NCCUC will be more than an academic journey. It will be an opportunity to discover new ideas, build lasting friendships, experience Taiwan, and see Asia from a new perspective.

We warmly invite students from around the world to join us at NCCUC. Come with curiosity, an open mind, and a global outlook—and leave with knowledge, connections, and memories that will stay with you long after your time in Taiwan.
