On-Campus Housing Overview
NCCU offers a variety of on-campus housing options tailored to different student needs. Our dormitories provide a supportive community environment with separate accommodations for male and female students. While cooking is not permitted, laundry facilities are available for your convenience. Students are responsible for their own bedding and personal items.
Dormitory Availability
- Bachelor Student: 4-persons room
- Master Student: 2-persons room
- Ph.D. Student: single room
＊Dorm Payment Policy
- Cancelled at least 2 weeks before the semester begins: NO need to pay
- Cancelled within 2 weeks before the semester begins: pay a fine of NTD 500
- Cancelled within 10 days after the semester begins: pay 1/3 dorm fee
- Cancelled from 10 days after the semester begins till the 1/3 of semester: pay 1/2 dorm fee
- Cancel after the 1/3 of semester): pay whole fee

Off-Campus Housing Options
The NCCU i-House offers convenient off-campus housing just a five-minute walk from the NCCU campus. This facility provides an excellent alternative for students seeking accommodation outside the university grounds. Additionally, NCCU has developed an off-campus housing rental website, offering a wealth of updated information monthly. Most landlords communicate in Mandarin, so we recommend reaching out to your NCCU buddies for assistance in navigating the housing options available. This ensures you find a suitable and comfortable living arrangement during your studies.
