Computer Facilities at NCCU
Our Commerce Building hosts two computer rooms on the 5th floor, equipped with over 100 computers for student use. Printing services are conveniently available within these rooms. Additionally, the University’s Computer Center offers an even larger array of computing resources. The OIP office provides a dedicated student lounge with computer facilities exclusively for IMBA and exchange students. With campus-wide wireless access and high-speed Ethernet LAN in dorm rooms, students can enjoy seamless internet connectivity at no extra cost.
Comprehensive Library Collections
Libraries at NCCU
NCCU’s libraries boast a vast collection of over 2.6 million books, periodicals, and more than 600 newspapers. These resources are housed across several locations, including the Chungcheng Memorial Library, the Social Sciences Materials Center, and the Center for Public and Business Administration Education. The Commerce Building’s branch library alone features 45,000 volumes of books, 14,000 bound periodical volumes, 1,000 audio-visual tapes, 250 reading seats, and 76 network ports, ensuring students have access to a wealth of knowledge and study materials.

For those interested in outdoor sports, we provide a track and field, football and soccer fields, tennis courts, and a rock climbing tower. Additionally, our swimming pool and baseball fields are available for use, ensuring that all sporting preferences are accommodated. Please note that some facilities require tickets, such as the indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.

Sports Facilities
Swimming Pool
The indoor swimming pool at our university is a popular facility among students, offering a refreshing escape and a place for exercise. Single-use tickets are priced at NTD 40, while more frequent users can opt for a monthly pass at NTD 250 or a semestral pass at NTD 1,000. To obtain a long-term permit, students must bring their student ID to the swimming pool service counter to receive a payment bill. After paying the bill at the post office, students should return with the receipt and two 1” photos to receive their permit. The pool operates from 6 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 6 AM to 6 PM on Sundays and National Holidays.
Gym (2nd floor of the Swimming Pool)
No single use ticket, annual pass for only NTD 400.
- Application: please bring your student ID to the swimming pool service counter to get a payment bill. Pay the bill at the post office, bring the receipt and your access card back to the swimming pool service counter, and you will be able to get into the gym with your access card.
- Operating hours: 8 AM to 9 PM from Mondays to Saturdays; 8 AM to 5 PM on Sundays.
Tennis Courts
Single use ticket: NTD 200. Annual pass: NTD 600.
Application: please bring your student ID and one 1” photo to the Physical Education Office (No. 24 in the Map).
